Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event space.

Outside bartenders are not permitted.
-
Bartending service is available for an additional $150 fee.

Ice will be provided by the venue. Guests must supply their own spirits, mixers, cups, and utensils.

No confetti, glitter, or candles are allowed inside the venue.
-
Balloons must be tied to weights and released outside the building.
-
All decorations must be removed at the end of the event. The venue is not responsible for items left behind.

Additional rental time may be purchased at $125 per 60 minutes.

You are allowed 90 minutes prior to your event for setup.
-
You are allowed 60 minutes after your event for breakdown and clean-up.

Additional time may be purchased at $50 per 30 minutes.

Tables and chairs are included with the room rental.

Rooms may also be rented hourly for business meetings—please contact us for details.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due accordingly to the timing of your event date.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Events may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the event date. After this window, cancellations will require a new booking.
